Performance Controls, LLC is a woman-owned and managed commercial controls company.
Started in 2012, we have built a reputation of the highest quality of service. We offer extensive experience in the design and application of building automation controls in area school systems which allows us the capability to control almost any active device integrating the HVAC, plumbing and lighting systems for synchronization, monitoring, energy management and maintenance.
Performance Controls, LLC designs, provides, installs maintains and performs remote diagnostics and monitoring for state-of-the-art building and facility management systems. Our systems allow owners and facility managers to control buildings according to occupancy and load to maximize energy management.

Performance Controls, LLC, a 100% woman-owned business has received certification as a Minority Business (MBE) through the Maryland Department of Transportation's Office of Minority Business Enterprise.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Beginning in 2016, Performance Controls, LLC has sponsored after-school science programs at several area Montgomery County elementary schools. This sponsorship enables students from 4th and 5th grade classes to participate at no cost in hands-on science and engineering after-school programs. We will continue to support these science offerings so children in Montgomery County Public Schools receive the opportunity for science enrichment at no cost.
